Meet The Doctor

 Dr. Julie is a University of Michigan trained pediatric dental specialist. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the UNC Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry in 2013 where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Julie then went on to earn her Masters in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Michigan in 2015. She has worked both in private practice and in a community health center setting while providing clinical instruction to pediatric dental residents. 

Dr. Julie and her husband, John, met during her residency in Michigan. After a brief stint down south, they returned to the place that felt like home, Michigan, and settled in Dexter in 2019. They have three children, Bryant, Bryce, and Chloe, who bring them so much joy and laughter. 

Fun Facts:

• Dr. Julie and her husband love to travel and explore new cities. Their favorites include Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Pittsburgh. 
• Dr. Julie truly loves snow (hence the move back to Michigan)! 
• Despite being in the dental profession, Dr. Julie has a love for really yummy dessert or baked goods (along with a good cup of coffee).
• Dr. Julie learned to waterski at a young age and has been known to show off a little when given the opportunity.
